Cancer Alkaline Diet – Alkalize Your Body Now to Prevent and Alleviate Cancer
It is really very hard when you are on the brink of your illness, especially if you have a cancer. This is a serious illness wherein the growth of malignant cells in the body is getting uncontrollable. Is there still a hope to cure it or prevent it? Cancer alkaline diet is the best answer to heal it.
Why does our body tend to develop malignant cells? We must know that in order for our body to function well, there should be a balanced pH inside our body. Our blood should have this ideal condition. A normal pH balance ranges from 7.35-7.45.
Therefore, when our body's pH has dropped, it means that we are prone to sickness and our body will not be proactive and weak. Malignant cells are developed if our internal system is in its anaerobic condition. In here, we can say that cancer patients need to eat more of alkaline forming foods compared with those people who do not suffer from cancer. But, to decrease the probability of having it, we must be able to eat more alkaline foods which consist mainly of fresh fruits and vegetables.
Alkaline diet helps us attain a high pH and this pH brings up alkaline tissues. Alkaline tissues are said to be 20 times more aerobic than acid tissues. Meaning, more oxygen are being generated with an alkaline body condition. And this is what it needs to prevent cancer. Hence, we must consider taking in more of alkaline foods to alkalize our body. Foods such as fresh fruits and vegetables are really helpful to bring back healthy cells. We should remember that most of the processed foods are carcinogenic and these processed foods fall under acid foods. Most of them contain nitrates and other harmful chemicals that boost cancer. So, we should be aware of what we eat.
