fallensalvaje, same goes with me. i put the cayanne pepper in a tablespoon mixed with lemonade. then, i continued drinking the rest with smiling face…
deotx diets can work but you must be careful with your calorie intake, some are far too restrictive.
i dont put the pepper in my lemonade . i take it with me and do what i call cayenne shots before -each- glass of lemonade , where i mix a pinch of pepper in a small glass of water and drink so i can just enjoy the lemonade and still get the benefit of the pepper .
I’ve tried the master cleanse. It is an entertaining way of conducting a fast. And a fast is really good for you anyway.
What about increasing the amount of cayenne pepper to more than the recipe calls? Would this be dangerous, or helpful?
hi i just watched this video and u mention you cant eat any thing but i actualy did this diet for 8 days i lost 16 pounds but also i had a handful of berries and a cucumber a day .. it seemed okay
Hello Mr. Glickman. I was wondering if I could consume the ingredients of the lemonade drink separately (drink 2 tbsp lemon juice, then 2 tbsp of maple syrup, then a little cayenne pepper, then water) and have the same results as mixing them into a drink.
@flyerscup08 Wow! I’m stunned. You not only posted a comment steeped in fear produced by ignorance, but then immediately turned around, recognized it as such, and apologized. So there’s no beef. But yeah, it really does work, or actually it allows you’re body to work, systematically removing the sludge we accumulate. I live in Hollywood, but have longtime friends from Wisconsin who also swear by the Lemon/Cayenne pepper diet.
@gore53 I openly admit ignorance on this subject…and have no intention of learning more about it. I’m a healthy 6′2″ 175 no matter what i eat drink or pollute my body w/. but you stating my comment is steeped in fear is just plain ridiculous! How am I afraid by making fun of something i personally think sounds silly? Anyways…I will continue my bloody red rare red meat diet and i’m sure you will continue urs. good luck too ya and hope you remain healthy through it.
