How To Have A Good Diet Of Acidic/alkaline Foods?
So I'm trying to cut down on my acidic foods as i am told they can damage your teeth, except it seems alkaline foods are the ones high in sugar which also damage your teeth!?
So which should I cut back on, which is worse for my teeth acidic foods or alkaline foods?
Are there any foods that lack both, which i can eat freely with no fear of harm to my teeth?

There are no foods that are either high or low in either, all foods are either right in the middle or more one than the other; it’s not a quality anything can be low or high in.
Water is RIGHT in the middle of the acidic/alkaline scale, also known as the pH scale. You may already know that that’s the most needed nutrient humans get, so enjoy water!
The more alkaline food is the better, so no need to shy away from those.
Some highly acidic foods you should moderate how are:
Animal protein (ESPECIALLY red meat)
Simple Carbs
White Sugar
Caffeine
Etc…
This page has a very comprhensive and detialed list of acidic and alkaline foods.http://www.energiseforlife.com/list_of_a…
I hope this helped.
