It’s important to keep the body in balance…just eat more citrus fruits, put lemon or lime juice in your water. Somehow the acidity from these kinds of fruits will balance the body. I don’t eat dairy, pork, beef or drink much soda but I do eat corn, mushrooms, eggs and probably a lot of other no-no’s on his diet.Chocolate is fine, just replace your magnesium (it depletes it) with magnesium supplements or lots of foods that contain a high magnesium concentration. Peanuts are fine.
