Anthony Robbins Diet Likes The Alkaline Diet – Tips I Got From Tony Robbins
The Anthony Robbins diet is called the alkaline diet. Anthony "Tony" Robbins, is a well known book author and a proponent of optimal performance, health and energy, overcoming fears, persuasive communication, and enhancing relationships. He is also a big advocate of the alkaline diet. That is why the alkaline diet is also known as the Anthony Robbins diet.
Before I knew about alkaline diet I was very miserable. I turned 31 and I felt always tired and low on energy. I always felt sick and tired, I had aches and pains in my joints and muscles, I had intermittent memory loss, I was always depressed, and I felt a general sense of illness. I turned to my doctor for help. He told me that I needed to change my lifestyle and get into a great diet system. Just so I can trim down my fat and get rid of all the symptoms of premature aging that I was feeling.
Here are some of the things I did to get my health back on track.
1. I alkalized my water. I put lemon or lime in my water to alkalize it. Lemon and lime are great to make your water alkaline. With this process alone, you will feel better in just under a week.
2. I got into sports. I really love watching basketball, so when I have the time I tried to actually play the game I love to watch. I do pick up games with my friends and we just play half-court basketball. Now, I can play 48 minutes of whole court basketball. Sports really improved my energy, agility, and strength.
3. I ate healthy. I added fruits and vegetables in my diet. Fruits and vegetables are healthy foods that can provide the needed vitamins and minerals in our body the natural way. They are also great for detoxifying our body.
I did all of this and in just a week I felt better and healthier. I performed better at home and at work. I even performed better in sports. All this is due to the Anthony Robbins diet a.k.a. the alkaline diet. I balanced out the acidity of my body and so my body is stronger and feels younger than it has ever been.
