Bill Clinton is TIGHT. Tony Robbins, on the other hand…I appreciate his teachings, and whatnot but he is a)terrifying and b)a little patronizingly energetic. I get that his energy is sincere, but COME ON he is like a less self-aware Gob Bluth and too cheesy to take seriously, a lot of times, I think. People who don’t “get” his message are turned off by that.

My favorite chapters are the ones that deal with the words you use, the metaphors you use, the and questions you ask yourself. Brilliant stuff. It’s a form of N.L.P. but his own techniques that evolved from that. (My assumption.) Also, physiology is key. I haven’t tried the 10 day mental challenge but I think I’m finally ready to give it a shot! I also believe in “Law Of Attraction” and want to think more positive so the 10 day mental challenge is what I need for that.
Awesome! I recommend that book to anyone who is depressed. I’ve since then evolved into other self help material as well that helps and that T.R. book I go back to from time to time. I’m glad that the book helped you. Bad stuff might happen around us but how we interpret it is what makes the difference. Like (I forget his name) that Tony wrote in that book. This guy was in a concentration camp and instead of giving up and saying life sucks he wanted to find a way to escape and he did.
