@operations1000 I got some news for you there is a direct relationship between strength and the amount of muscle you have..how many small guys do you see benching 400? Not many.. I have done these workouts for years and can say without a doubt they work..if you don’t believe it than check out my physique

everything ive heard ppl say it doesnt work. ill just stick to good ol fashioned reps. its worked wonders so far.
Ok man, I get it – I’ve been around this world and studying it on myself and I can tell you HIGH reps is bullshit. The term “doing high reps to get cut” is bullshit. You always wanna do heavy weight, but you DO NOT wanna do it this way unless you really aren’t a bodybuilder. THEY EVEN SAY THEY AREN’T! So why would a bodybuilder wanna do like literally 5 reps for 5 seconds? Answer: They don’t. Natural bodybuilders should do heavy weight, low reps, mid-high sets.
@operations1000 your loss then..and yes bodybuilders do use static holds in their workouts..at least the smart ones do including myself..I’m not saying only train this way..I do volumn training and at the end of each bodypart I will do some static holds..and if you don’t think this works go and take a look at the mens US gymnastics team and look at their delts tris and bis..but than again you seem to think there is no link between strength and muscle mass..your loss
