There is truth to what you say. The body prioritizes and is in fact, quite smart. What is more important to survival, strong bones or a functioning heart and healthy blood? Having muscle or functioning organs? Example: If you are starving, the body will feed off muscle before fat because the body knows muscle burns more calories which speed the starvation process. Why is there a news report on stevia that says it could cause cancer and the FDA don’t want companies to use it in there products untill they can fully disprove the theory, when infact stevia has been used for 100’s of years in south america… I never even heard of it untill david wolf talked about it…
The sugar industry is big business. Go to Japan now and buy a Coke, it is made with stevia like most Japanese drinks. The Japanese don’t like the taste of sugar. And guess what, they have been using it for a long time and have better health than us sugar drinkers……
Dose it somtimes depress you to know how alone we really are? So basically, if there was cancer busting food out there somewhere, and it had been used for centuries… It would still be banned in the US because it wasnt created in a lab full of doctors trying to make money from drugs and they couldnt say it’s was their invention Im pretty sure thats immoral? Thats because suger ages all the cells in you body… Messes up your brain to, people are told not to consume too much suger or they’ll go crazy… The thing is though…suger is in just everything! I stopped taking suger a long, long time ago, then I started using aspartame which is even worse!
Glad to hear of your improvements in health.As for sweeteners stevia is great and also agave nectar. Both natural and healthy.
