Can Eating Alkaline Foods Help If U R Suffering From Acidity?
Im a true believer in alkaline vs acidic foods. I had chemical poisoning about 2 months ago in which I accidentally inhaled a chemical and it burned up all my organs inside. If I ate something acidic, I was in constant pain. All my organs let me know that it was acidic and it was horrible. The minute I ate an alkaline food, the pain went away instantly. I mean, this was unbearable pain and I went to the emergency room twice for it and I discovered all of this about alkaline foods. The 2 best foods that I found for reducing acidity is apple cider vinegar and bananas (fully ripe bananas, if they are a little green, they can be acidic). Apple Cider Vinegar is hard to eat because its such a strong smell and taste, but I made salads and put it on there and it was the best thing for acid out of all the other alkaline foods I ate and made the pain go away right away. It's like a miracle food the way it works. Here is a list of acidic and alkaline foods http://www.essense-of-life.com/info/food…
The only thing about this list, is that they are wrong when it comes to mustard. Mustard is highly acidic and my stomach let me know it.
