First of all, what is an Alkalizer?
Basically an alkalizer is an agent that is used to counteract or neutralize acidic environments. For example, when people take an Alka-Seltzer they do so in order to neutralize painful stomach acids. When an alkalizer is applied to water it becomes electrolyzed, producing water that is full of hydroxyl ions. This type of water is said to be alkaline or ionized water. There are a number of health benefits attributed to drinking ionized water.

What are the health benefits of applying an Alkalizer to tap water?
•    Smoother Water that is More Hydrating
When tap water is run through an electrolysis process its large mineral clusters are changed into smaller clusters. These smaller clusters have greater solubility making them more hydrating. Smaller clusters also feel smoother to the palate.

Shortly after we slice an apple a slight, brownish discoloration appears. This is the visible damage free radicals do to the apples cells. We encounter free radicals in the air we breathe and their damage can be seen in our skin.

Before I knew about alkaline diet I was very miserable. I turned 31 and I felt always tired and low on energy. 1. I alkalized my water. I put lemon or lime in my water to alkalize it. Lemon and lime are great to make your water alkaline. With this process alone, you will feel better in just under a week.

2. I got into sports. I really love watching basketball, so when I have the time I tried to actually play the game I love to watch. I do pick up games with my friends and we just play half-court basketball. Now, I can play 48 minutes of whole court basketball. Sports really improved my energy, agility, and strength.

3. I ate healthy. I added fruits and vegetables in my diet. Fruits and vegetables are healthy foods that can provide the needed vitamins and minerals in our body the natural way. They are also great for detoxifying our body.

I did all of this and in just a week I felt better and healthier. I performed better at home and at work. I even performed better in sports. All this is due to the Anthony Robbins diet a.k.a. the alkaline diet. I balanced out the acidity of my body and so my body is stronger and feels younger than it has ever been.
